According to Michael Batenburg, founder of Back2Basics Adventures, there are five stages for those in their faith development: clueless, curious, committed, convicted, discipling. This last stage, discipleship, is the ultimate path to building a strong foundation for your faith so that you can help others grow in their own.
God created man from the ground, therefore it’s no surprise that many men feel a deep inner connection to the wilderness. That’s one reason Michael Batenburg is giving others a beautiful, comfortable environment to connect and be vulnerable through his outdoor ministry adventures.
Back2Basics Adventures takes people on adventures all around the world, but they recently finished constructing a permanent location in Tennessee called Feather Ridge. Michael details all the amazing features of this new location, including its scenic surroundings and activities.
Everyone gets busy with life’s distractions, but sometimes all you need is a break to enjoy the beauty of God’s creation. So, tune in to learn how nature and outdoor adventure can uplift you in your faith journey!
