Richard and Amanda Foster are a blind couple from Aberdeen who are currently under Government lockdown restrictions. 

Normally both outgoing and sociable this second lockdown has come as a bit of a shock. 

RNIB Connect Radio's Barry Snell spoke to them to find out how they are coping, how RNIB are helping them to stay connected and also about their concerns for the future.
