Are you stuck? Are you on autopilot?

We are gearing up to start a series focused on getting to Know Yourself...but before we can start that work, we want to help you identify and eliminate barriers you have to starting the work. The pre-pre-work, as Claire says. And what's holding you back? It's probably related to fear. 

Today we offer two tips to identify and work with our fear, to shift our mindset, and two short (but powerful) activities- using gratitude as a doorway, and the rocking chair exercise.
