In this episode, Jeremiah and E explore existential dread. Jeremiah has increasingly noticed folks in therapy with him feeling an overarching sense that things aren't okay and the that they're only going to get worse. Not quite the same as depression, anxiety, or ennui, this uncertainty and insecurity is more in the camp of dread and despair that is focused on everything and nothing all at once. Living in this, it is more and more difficult to feel secure in our world and find meaningfulness in our lives. Simply put, there is a whole lot going on and it is scary, difficult, and sometimes feels unrelenting. Here, we turn our attention to what we can do and how we can find a path forward when Facing Existential Dread.
