As an entrepreneur, you might be thinking that if you 'fail', you’ll be rejected, and it will prove that you really aren't good enough. Two of our biggest fears.
So what do we do? We try to avoid failure at all costs.
We’ve been taught that failure is a bad thing.
At home, at school, the paradigm was reward success - punish failure.
And then we bring that mindset into our entrepreneurial life.
And that desire to avoid failure is part of the reason that we’re so obsessed with the HOW!!!
We feel that we need to know EVERYTHING before we even dream about starting or even taking things to the next level.
Because we think that if we DON’T know or implement the EXACT and BEST how…we will fail.
And if we fail – the world will reject us and we will be forced to accept that we are not good enough. Just as we suspected.
But I say F* the how!
Today I talk with my guest, Leeon George @thecontentcode about her experience with failure and the different things she has done to deal with it so that she can keep moving forward.
