Mindset is everything when it comes to optimal wellness. Kate Crocco is a licensed psychotherapist and  Mindset + Confidence Coach for female leaders. Kate’s work with dialectical behavior therapy opened the door to healing her own mindset and set her on a path to help others. Through analyzing thoughts and behaviors, Kate guides people to greater confidence and less fear by acknowledging the narrative we believe in. Kate shares that by following the rule of opposite action, one can face their fears and overcome limiting beliefs that hold us back.
