Recording on the day after turning 41, I'm revisiting one of the most terrifying moments of my mediumship journey — my very first platform event.

Called at almost no notice, with no time to prepare and every reason to say no, I said yes anyway. What followed was a day of near-nausea, self-doubt, and trying not to think about standing up in front of 30 strangers to channel messages from their loved ones.
