Facing the Fears and Taking Action Guided Meditation

In this meditation, we have the opportunity to see the potential path ahead that is that of our highest and best self, our possible future. After intuitively tapping in to an impression or picture we get of this future, we ​then can begin to face any fears we feel in our bodies as we think about putting ourselves out there and taking action to get closer to this future goal. By visualizing and separating from these fears, and using light to bring about a new vibration of the brilliant future possibility of that which we can become, we can begin to set ourselves free.
