Today I would like to discuss something that a lot of us are very familiar with and if you’re like me, you will have struggled with it as well. Fear. Even just saying or hearing the word fear might make you feel all sorts of emotions. Fear can be paralysing, daunting, overwhelming to name a few. What I would like to talk about in this episode is ways for you to face your fears and build the courage within you.
