Fact morning routines that feel good and are aligned WORK - Key words aligned and FEEL
Myth you HAVE to spend hours on your morning routine
It’s truly that simple
It’s the last day of 2022
So how was it?
Use at least 10 words to describe your 2022
Now how do you want 2023 to be the same
And yet different?
There are lots of resources on morning routines some of my favorites come from Atomic Habits, The Morning Miracle, The 5am Club, and a few others yet my most recent routine has been upgraded with some components by Joe Dispenza and Joe Vitale.
Remember YOU GET TO have a morning routine and practice
vs. HAVE TO . . you don’t have to and if you FEEL that vibe when doing so it will take you longer to complete and FEEL aligned and GOOD.
Quick practice say the words I GET TO, I GET TO . . .
Now I HAVE TO . . I HAVE TO
Feel the difference . . .
YOU GET TO do what the 5am Clubers do. . . 20 mins exercise, 20 mins reflection & 20 mins of study & planning

Silence.
Affirmations.
Visualization.
Exercise.
Reading.
Scribing.
What I have found to work for me is my MMM Morning Methods consist of much of the above but with some deeper work in the activation, alignment and embody work. If you would like access to that DM me
Now I cannot guarantee if all of the above will work for you but I do know whatever feels goods and you can actually FEEL into WILL work for you.
It’s like any training or routine it must feel good for you.
There are a zillion strategies out there and the best strategy for me may not be the best for you even if it works for me every single time. And yet it also could be that one thing you have been searching for all at the same time.
Without getting too deep into the science of brain activity, it's safe to say your subconscious mind is most active right when you wake up. You can train your brain to use this subconscious activity to think positively and accomplish more throughout your day.
The continued repetition of certain thoughts over time has been proven to change your brain, your cells, and even your genes, which is done via neuroplasticity. Essentially, through positive affirmations, individuals can rewire certain thoughts.
Here are some affirmations to support your SM in the morning
I create healthy boundaries & honor them
I observe and give myself space to respond
I am connected with my highest self
I am confident & clear
I am supported
I attract and receive with ease
I trust my intuition
I am enough
I love myself
I am surrounded by opportunity
All I need is within me right now
Every day in every way I am stronger and stronger
If it is meant to be, it is up to me
Remember when you are challenged or stuck and being in alignment is challenging
Gratitude and abundance same frequency
The easier it gets, the easier it truly gets
How you do anything is how you do everything so if you are reflecting back on 2022 which I don’t recommend waiting until the end of a year to do so this has become a weekly and monthly habit for me
I would rather pivot my routine and strategies in my personal and professional life in the moment or that week or month than waiting a whole year to shift which is another reason my clients get results fast it’s not just what they do but it’s how they do and be
