There, at the top of the steps was Nelson Mandela. And i had the chance to ask him a question. Will my past be held against me in my future? He said, you did what you did, with the information that you had a the time. The important thing is, what are you going to do from now? 
In many ways that completely changed my life. I realized i had a role to play in leadership. I had i role to play i changing perceptions, because my perceptions had been so  readily altered. How to we lead into a world that seemingly is way more turbulent and what sparked my interest many years ago as this concept of human energy?
