Aleta Gunsul, Director of the Sponsored Research Administration, gives us insight as to how her office translates Weill Cornell Medicine’s vision to her team, as they oversee and assists with submission and management of sponsored research. She elaborates on her motto: “Come early, come often,” which refers to her encouragement of researchers to seek opportunities at every point in their career.
