I am Michael and this is Faculty Meeting # 45 – Yes, and . . . now what?   Recently I received an E-mail from John asking for some advice on GM’ing. He had two questions, one was on campaign management and preparation and as it would happen, we already had our Realm Works interview scheduled so I think we hit that one pretty well. His second question was about Improving as a GM and how to seamlessly incorporate elements that your players through at you that you were not expecting into your existing story.

Caleb and I sorta came up with 3 techniques that we would use.

1. Take a timeout

A.  Throw it back to your players.

2. Ret-con

3. Make contradictions a part of the story.
