INTERVIEW: The High Court in Pretoria has declared lockdown Levels 4 and 3 unconstitutional and invalid. Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma has 14 days to formulate changes to the regulations.
