Ross Harrington has experienced more life lessons than anyone I know in their mid-20s. Between heading up the US branch of an Australian tech company, a cross-country move from the midwest to Colorado, and a challenging divorce in his early 20s, Ross is able to empathize and speak more to the challenges of life than most people twice his age.

In the first part of my conversation with Ross, we explore his entrepreneurial journey, particularly in how to approach life with a spirit of failing forward and how to grow through life situations that don't turn out the way we want them to.
