Two recent stories underscored the significance of genuine ministry leadership in all aspects of our lives. We must diligently adhere to the four steps of church discipline, as outlined in Matthew 18:15-17. These steps are:

1) Address the sinning believer privately.

2) Gather witnesses.

3) Present the matter to the church.

4) Treat them as outsiders if they remain unrepentant.

This process aims to restore the individual, safeguard the church, and uphold the reputation of Christ.
