The man that avoids failure is a fool. In this episode I share the different failures I've had in business and what I have learned from it. Lot's of people my think that failure is bad, but I think failure is good. We need to fail to learn and grow as individuals. I am not saying that you have to fail to learn, all I am saying is that we shouldn't be afraid of failure and that we should learn to embrace it, not run away from it.
