Light has been a symbol throughout the ages for knowledge, wisdom and all of the higher aspirations. In this meditation we immerse ourselves in the light and anchor it into our threefold personality.

The symbol of the Sword is a potent and ancient one and when it is seen as a way of lovingly cutting away what no longer works for us, we are then able to uplift ourselves.

The 7 Rays are energies and qualities that inform manifested life. They have particular characteristics that we can draw on and particular characteristics which can challenge us. This guided meditation helps us to see the challenges but integrate the virtues of each ray
