This week Steph & Ash talk with Dr Eric Boyd & Anna Alvarez Boyd, who created a non-profit program, called Fairways to Leadership, to bring leadership & networking benefits of golf to underrepresented communities. The graduates of the program are prepared to be leaders in advancing diversity of talent in the workplace, creating equitable business opportunities and achieving inclusion in business leadership…all through GOLF! They also wrote a book together on this, which explains how to play the game and how to develop leadership skills and expand business networks through the interaction that golf provides.
