It fell short

I've read a Flirts series before that I truly enjoyed, but this would only receive a 2 1/2 from me. I was expecting this one to live up to my expectations based on what I knew it could be; however, the sweetness was cloyed, the humor was cheesy, and the plots unoriginal. It's true that these stories are based on fairy tales, so I wasn't expecting a complete remake of a tale as old as time. But because these stories are beloved and practically legendary I was hoping to reignite my admiration for these characters, not cheapen them. Now I feel like I've been disillusioned and cheated out of a dollar.

Wonderfully fanciful tales.

Fanciful woven modern stories with fairy tale flair. I love short stories as they are a quick pick me up to either start my day or stress down from a bad day. I read Fairy Tale Flirts1 and I was delightfully rewarded with the stories with the happy endings in Fairy Tale Flirts 2 .

I recommend this book to everyone who enjoys a good story with a happy ending. We all enjoy our dreams of happily ever after.

I really enjoy Lisa's stories! They are so much fun. I love how she ties all five stories together at the end. I can't wait for her next set of Flirts!

can't get enough

Lisa Scott is a terriffic author! She makes you feel apart of her characters in her stories. My favorite is all the humor, love, and romance without all the smut and profanity.

Great books

This is the second set of flirts I've read. They are awesome! I loved that it is short. Making them great to read before bed because I can stop when one story is done and not have been up all night reading.
