One of the ways that we can pay attention to what the Divine Family might be speaking to us through our lives, is to pause to listen. Using a Psalm is a simple way to step into this practice. In this third reading from Psalm 78, the prayer-poet tells the story of the people being freed from slavery. We hear an invitation to remember the Divine’s compassion for us. We notice a surprise that helps us trace the change in our relationship with the Divine over time.
