Does our work matter to God?

So often we think of work as just a paycheck, a grind, or something to just get through. But the scriptures paint a different picture: work is more than just survival—it’s a means of stewardship, worship, and provision.

In this sermon, Pastor Dan unpacks how the Proverbs teach that diligence in our work provides for our needs, protects us from unnecessary hardship, and prospers us with influence and opportunity.

Yet the hope of this message isn’t found in our own effort. It’s found in Jesus—the One who finished the greatest work on our behalf. Because of Him, even the most ordinary tasks can be transformed into worship, telling the story of a faithful God who provides, protects, and prospers His people!
