Everybody wants to make an impact.
Most people just aren’t sure where to start.
We live in a world that celebrates platforms, followers, influence, and visibility.
The Kingdom of God often works differently.
Many of the people who changed lives, strengthened believers, shared the gospel, and advanced God’s mission never stood behind a pulpit.
They simply served where God placed them.
This week’s anthem is for the prayer warriors nobody sees.
The encouragers nobody applauds.
The servants who show up when there’s work to be done.
The ordinary believers doing extraordinary Kingdom work one faithful step at a time.
Because you don’t need a title to obey a calling.
Lyrics:
I Don’t Need A Title
[Verse 1]
I spent years lookin’ for a platformWonderin’ where I fit inWaitin’ on a title and permissionBefore I would begin
But the call was never hiddenThe mission never changedJesus wasn’t lookin’ for spectatorsHe was callin’ us by name
[Pre-Chorus]
Some will teachSome will serveSome will leadSome will learn
But every heart surrenderedHas a purpose in the work
[Chorus]
I don’t need a titleTo answer when You callI don’t need a spotlightTo help someone stand tall
You’ve given me a missionRight where I am todaySo I’ll serve You where You’ve placed meAnd walk the narrow way
The office may belong to a fewBut the mission belongs to us all
[Verse 2]
Some are preachin’ from the pulpitSome are prayin’ through the nightSome are teachin’ at a kitchen tablePointin’ someone toward the light
Some are holdin’ broken hearts upSome are speakin’ words of truthHeaven sees the hidden laborAnd the faithful things we do
[Pre-Chorus]
Some will sowSome will reapSome will standSome will weep
But every act of servicePlants a seed for eternity
[Chorus]
I don’t need a titleTo answer when You callI don’t need a spotlightTo help someone stand tall
You’ve given me a missionRight where I am todaySo I’ll serve You where You’ve placed meAnd walk the narrow way
The office may belong to a fewBut the mission belongs to us all
[Bridge]
Not everybody gets a stageNot everybody gets applause
But every prayerEvery kindnessEvery witnessEvery sacrifice
Is written in the hands of God
Not everybody leads a crowdNot everybody wears a name
But every servantEvery laborerEvery discipleEvery saint
Advances Heaven’s Kingdom just the same
[Final Chorus]
I don’t need a titleTo answer when You callI don’t need a spotlightTo help someone stand tall
You’ve given me a missionRight where I am todaySo I’ll serve You where You’ve placed meAnd walk the narrow way
The office may belong to a fewBut the mission belongs to us all
[Outro]
So I’ll goAnd I’ll serveAnd I’ll trust You with the rest
‘Cause the Kingdom moves forwardThrough the faithful and the blessed
The mission belongs to us all
