I didn't always see our business as a calling, but over time, it became clear. The path was never perfectly mapped out if anything, it was full of unknowns. But there was a purpose behind it, something bigger than just making a living. Faith gave us the vision, and taking that first step in belief led us somewhere greater. That's what I want to share today: how leading with spiritual conviction, humility, and care can transform not just workplaces but also people.

It's about living what you believe, showing kindness when it's hard, holding your integrity even when no one's watching, and treating leadership as an extension of something sacred. Because when you truly care, when you're transparent, and when you walk the talk your team feels it. And that changes everything.
