Not the Instagram version of healing where you journal with a latte and suddenly you're whole. This is the real, messy, nonlinear version. There's an entire industry built on telling you you're broken and need to be fixed...but what if you're not broken?
This episode is about the healing industrial complex, why healing isn't a destination, the laundry basket scenario that taught me about spiraling, my faith journey and deconstruction (I've never said these words out loud before), and why maybe the point isn't to be healed, it's to remember who you already are.
