As we approach the new year and the idea of health and fitness goals surface, we want to help you find an approach that puts God first in your journey. Exercise and nutrition are beautiful tools to honor the body God has given us, and the enemy knows that. I want to share some of the red flags I encountered in my journey and how putting God first helped flip the script.
