We should always be trying to improve everyday to be better today than we were yesterday, but there are going to be times that we aren’t able to move forward. In those circumstances, it’s important that we hold the line and don’t move backwards.

I listen to a ton of resources online and they’re all saying the same thing…except when they’re not. It’s our job to discern what’s right for us because our lives all have unique circumstances and nuance. Listen to the voices of others, but do it cautiously. It’s ok to be content.
