Hello Luminous Souls! In this episode, I share my journey from NY to NC and what it was like to surrender into total trust that all would work out, despite me being a single parent, with very little resources, no family or friends in the city, and not having any type of plan.

If you are someone who feels like they need to always have total control - have Plan A, B, and C - then this is for you!

As I mentioned in Episode 8 on Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies, there is much more power in the leaning back and allowing - this is the Feminine. The work is not active or physical like Masculine, but because it's energetic, it holds more power! And again, those have nothing to do with gender.

Plus you get to learn a little more about my personal journey and struggles and the leaps of faith I had to take to create the life I'm so proud of!

Hello Luminous Souls! Today I wanted to share where I'm at now after putting my dog down. It's been a full 4 months if you can believe it, and I'm feeling really great guys!

My previous self would have pushed down all the grief with food, alcohol and socializing but I stuck to a self-nurturing regimen and I'm really proud of how I've led myself through this!

It's a process y'all!!

I hope this gives someone else the permission to take the time they need to heal - your emotions are VALID regardless of the circumstance!

Hello Luminous Souls! I couldn't be more excited to share this episode with you!! My dear sweet friend Clover Ford is here to share her journey with Colorism and talk about what she co-created with the Divine which allowed her to alchemize a nasty wound into an incredible opportunity!!

Colorism is the preference for a lighter skinned person over a darker skinned person and it's quite prevalent in minority communities, including African American, Latino and East Indian. It's obviously another learned discriminatory belief that originated in colonialism and slavery, but has seeped it's way through generations and is disgustingly still prevalent today.

Thankfully Clover didn't let it stop her, as she follows the calling of her soul, marches to the beat of her own drum and continues to lead and promote healing conversations regarding Colorism.
