What is faith? Faith is judging, or considering, God the promiser faithful to fulfill His promises. We look at the example of Sarah, who by faith judged God faithful and received strength to conceive and birth the son of promise - Isaac. God made Sarah laugh twice! Once in unbelief and the next in joy. The difference? Sarah choose to believe God and His Word.
