Matthew takes us through decision making, neuroplasticity, the construction of strongholds - good or bad habits - in our minds, having a contrite heart so that we can make those good habits stick, and how women should be treated / what exemplifies the 'Eshet Chayil' - the woman of valor.  He longs for a brighter, wiser world.. a world of people who recognize the AWESOME GOD who made us!  ..a world where children are no longer hurt.
It's a lot in less than a half hour, but it blends well!  Everything boils down to making choices from a place of faithfulness or fearfulness.
