Scripture says that Satan, the God of this world blinds the minds of unbelievers. As followers of Christ, we must develop an Overcoming Faith to ensure we are not deceived or distracted from our faith journey by Satan.  "...for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith". 1 John 5:4
