Season 2 of Faithfully Affirmed starts with a conversation I've been needing to have.

For years, I was showing up, creating, working, and trying to keep moving forward while privately dealing with some of the hardest mental and emotional seasons of my life. From the depression that began in 2018, to reaching one of my lowest points in 2023, writing my book, starting this podcast, and trying to heal through it all, there was so much happening behind the version of me most people saw.

In this episode, I'm getting vulnerable about what those years really looked like, why Faithfully Affirmed became inconsistent, what I learned about myself through diagnosis and healing, and why I'm choosing to come back now.

Because sometimes what looks like inconsistency on the outside is really someone doing everything they can to make it through.

On another note I want to share something with you....the very critical side of me had a hard time posting this episode because I feel that the audio on my end is not the best. I had to do an impromptu set up 5 minutes before recording due to the weather changing and making it's presence known. However, I had to remind myself this podcast is not about perfection. It's actually quite the opposite. So whatever it is you are holding off from doing/releasing because it's not perfect....GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY.
