Chris Van Heerden (born 19 June 1987) is a South African professional boxer and the former IBO welterweight champion currently living Los Angeles, California​. He has served as the main sparring partner for boxing luminaries such as Saul "Canelo" Álvarez​ and Miguel Cotto, also as well as Connor McGregor both of whom had professional boxing bouts with Floyd Mayweather.
