It sounds great to be a landlord, but there are a ton of pitfalls.  We discuss what it takes to be a landlord in the Arizona Market.  Then we talk about some of the fake news put out by REALTORS.  This is unacceptable behavior when they put new out that is proven wrong, yet they try to convince or scare people that the news is "FACT".  A special shout out to Laurie robots with the Arizona Republic, in a recent article she called over half of AZ a "IDIOTS"
