In the last message of our Fall Forward series we allow the end of Matthew Chapter 6 to shed some light on what it means to experience rest. Worry tethers us to parts of our future that we cannot control and keeps us from taking action in the present. Jesus' words offer us a clear path through our worry: "Seek first the Kingdom of God".
