When it comes to having gratitude, we can get amnesia pretty easily. We forget our first love so often. It’s one of the reasons why God instructed his people to build altars to commemorate notable experiences they had with Him and instituted feasts for people to remember His work. We all need to remember what it was like to fall in love…this message instructs us that it takes a daily trip.
