We discuss whether the new wave of interest in online learning is simply another way for private interests to get their hands on public money intended for pubic education. We also talk with Peter Fisher of the Iowa Policy Project about how tax increment financing (TIF) is shifting the tax burden to residential and small-business taxpayers.
