Hello loves! This week I had such an incredible time getting to talk to Fallon Lapan, a body-centered psychotherapist (LICSW), and coach. Her work involves helping her clients with the development of deeper understanding and communication with themselves, moving through blockages, healing their relationships to trauma, and becoming more empowered, confident and alive.
