False Teachers [Wolves pt. 3]
Main Idea: Heretical and Questionable Teachings.
What is even more dangerous than an individual who is a wolf in sheep's clothing? A false ideology that permeates through the church and causes people to believe in deceptive teachings that are counterintuitive to the Gospel message.
Today, we are going to expose these kinds of dangerous doctrines through scripture, and we’re going to unpack what “good doctrine” looks like, and we’re going to analyze God’s perspective and heart towards these ideas.
The reason that this is so important is because many people have followed a false flag and have positioned themselves into a place that is not authentic Christianity. They live their lives according to a man made ideology as if it were instituted by God. They live in a lie while believing they live in truth. To top it off, the fruits of these pursuits are often demonic in that they steal, kill and destroy meaningful things within their own lives.
1. False Flag [MAN MADE RELIGION IS MOSTLY BAD]
Understanding questionable doctrines and the dangers that come with them requires honesty, transparency and self-reflection. You should always know why you believe what you believe. When you follow an ideology that isn’t biblical, you are following man rather than God.

2. Good Gospel [THE GOSPEL IS SIMPLE TO UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW]
The power of balance and absolutes are found within healthy doctrine and faith. The only way to really do that is by looking through the scriptures yourself. Allow the Holy Spirit to guide and shape some of your understanding rather than relying on just another person.
Romans 11:22; Romans 12:1; Hebrews 12:1-2; James 1:22
3. His Heart [OUR LIFE’S PURPOSE IS TO KNOW GOD AND SHOW GOD]
We should strive to see God’s heart clearly in order to better live out our faith in the right way. So let’s analyze God’s perspective on the main three guiding factors to doctrine: Heaven, Earth, and you.
