False Termination Suspension Trigger MoneyBru Cancelled

Listen Later

Hi, there any YouTube Moderators please review this carefully and our channel that was mistakenly taken down.

So the craziest thing has happened and we have appealed twice only to receive an automated response without any humans and we honestly need a moderator's support to review the channel to get it reinstated.

We have done our utmost best to figure out what's going on and how this happened. We have a couple of theories as to what took place to get our account terminated. Our followers have sent videos to help vouch our case on YouTube as a channel.

Firstly we believe after an employee did a Fiverr gig for us they mentioned they are coming after us as a threat as the work wasn't complete we have proof here that they claimed we were bulling them. They may have flagged our account with potentially multiple fake accounts. As of now, we have had lawyers send them a cease and desist.

Secondly, we have considered all the community guidelines and we can't imaging we broke any of them we did highlight any that could have been misrepresented or mistakenly taken our channel down. We are very respectful to the YouTube platform. YouTube only Stated that we caused harassment, threatening or bullying content.

Here are the notes on that and what may have triggered the takedown mistakenly.

1. Fake engagement policyYouTube doesn’t allow anything that artificially increases the number of views, likes, comments.

RESPONSE TO THAT: We do have a video on the great resignation that was a news event but by no means do we intend to create fake engagement. We have entertaining business content that features memes and strategies to succeed in this wild economy you can view the highlight video here on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/danieljamesm...

2. Thumbnails policy

Violent imagery intended to shock or disgust
Thumbnails with vulgar or lewd language

RESPONSE: We have thumbnails designed like other channels that feature memes but by no means violent content or vulgar language. We have a personal improvement coach come on the show and talk about Who the F are you. On the thumbnail, it is just the letter F and the author came up with the idea. We would always rectify things like this if we got a warning but we didn't. We would be happy to make any adjustments needed to be compliant.

The second thumbnail I think could be questioned is the Great resignation video where it shows Micheal Scott from the office saying you can't quit you're fired. Which is humors and funny seeing as that is a comedy show its meant to be taken lightly.

3. Harmful or dangerous content policies
Violent Events: Promoting or glorifying violent tragedies, such as school shootings.
RESPONSE: The great resignation video features people rioting and news outlets showcasing this story. This wasn't violent or misinformation and once again we investigated and noticed multiple other creators doing this type of content. The trump scene firing people is seen as a joke as well and not as a serious thing or bullying at all people know that its more of a meme than something serious it was a TV show dramatized for viewership.

4. Misinformation policies *
* Manipulated content: Content that has been technically manipulated or doctored in a way that misleads users (beyond clips taken out of context) and may pose a serious risk of egregious harm.
* Misattributed content: Content that may pose a serious risk of egregious harm by falsely claiming that old footage from a past event is from a current event.
RESPONSE: Clips from videos can be interpreted this way but we never ever show violence or condone violent behavior on our channel people who watch our content know this. Its light funny and meant to educate.

Well that is the conclution and if you are a moderator or someone watching this please learn from this review our content and remember that up to now we have had no human interaction calls or social help from Youtube.

Please take time to assist us on this journey to recovery and help make sure this doesn't happen unfairly to hard working creators who pour their whole hearts into keeping audiences engaged.
