In ministry, especially when we are younger, it can feel impossible to say "No thank you I am not able to do that". Or "No, we aren't able to be at this meeting because of prior obligations.". Often times we can feel the pressure to please all parties involved. But this leaves us feeling warn out and depleted of crucial family time. We discuss all of these things with the Douglas' and see how we can navigate our lives to take care of what really matters the most.
