This is the initial episode of the podcast in which I share my parents' journey to come to America to have a better life. Although they seemingly had tremendous success, their lack of knowledge and connection to advisors causes them to lose it all. Their struggles and failures were a gift for me as they pushed me to take ownership of my family's finances and pushed me to start my own financial practice to empower others to do the same.
