COVID-19 has effected every aspect of our daily lives, from the way we work, to the way we play, and so much more. Family law has also experienced a “new normal”, and both lawyers and the justice system in Canada have had to adapt, sometimes very quickly, to conducting a typical family law case, including before the Court, in today’s reality. I am asked many questions by the public about family court in 2021. I respond to some of them in this episode.
