Family Stressors - How to manage yourself in family gatherings
Stressors relating to family gatherings is the topic of this podcast. I discuss with my producer Jerry, Films4Change, the challenges people may face when they are attending a family gathering such as at Christmas time. We talk through the differences in others, even though we are all family members, along with respecting yourself first and then being more able to understand and respect differences in others.
Ways to be able to prepare beforehand in mind and body are explored in order to have a more grounded presence on the day.
