Nubia uses 15 years of experience in communications and wellness to teach children, caregivers, and educators how to use the breath to create calm, increase energy and focus the mind and body. Her passionate, child-centered approach uses music and movement. This works to keep children engaged and deliver results in as little as 3 min for active children and busy parents. She shares prescriptive techniques and strategies for behavior management for ADD+ADHD, effective parent-child communication and identifying emotional triggers. Yoga and mindfulness are scientifically proven to regulate the nervous system minimizing stress and anxiety.
