Family is usually the first contact children have with their reality, the support system, the one who (hopefully) are giving instructions to make kids strong and free to experiment. 

But what would you get if you go abroad for the first time? When you feel like a newbie in a new country and you don't know the language, the "system" in which you're gonna live in and whatever other information you could possible need during your stay. 

In this episode we're gonna start talking about the system (that we could dare call family sometimes) European Commission has built to support each volunteer during their activities; by that we mean the tutoring, trainings, the language support (which we already anticipated in the previous episode). Furthermore we're gonna explain what Youth Pass and the certificate for participation are and mentioning the Visas.
