Imagine requesting a podcast host not to publish an episode you recorded with them because you were unsatisfied with it. Instead of respectfully accepting your request, the host responded by attacking your physical appearance, attire, name, friendships, life story, assumed religious communities, and age.
That's exactly what happened to me.
In today’s episode, I’ll be reviewing a long and hostile email I received from a podcast host after I asked them not to publish an unsatisfactory episode we recorded together. I was disappointed with the interview because the host wasn’t listening, asked irrelevant questions, made no personal connection, didn’t talk with me before or after the interview, had technology issues, seemed unprepared, abruptly ended the episode, and overall came off as unprofessional.
However, rather than accepting my perspective, Joe Dimino chose to launch into a series of verbal attacks, belittling me in numerous ways. Throughout his email, he demonstrated a close-minded and judgmental attitude, all while praising himself and trying to undermine my character.
