On this episode of The Internship Show, we speak with Haley McCown from Fanatics.  Haley began her HR career working in payroll for Nelnet, and soon after moved to a recruiting role with CitiStreet.  After working there for a number of years, she moved to Fanatics where she has worked over the last 12 years as part of the HR and Recruiting team.  Haley's team currently supports the programatic side of recruiting which encompasses the internship program.

She gives us some awesome information about what sets Fanatics apart in their industry, what roles they typically hire for and the importance of diversity to their company.
