They discuss some of the pitching options and a trio of pitchers who aren’t exactly throwing like preseason projections had them (both good and bad). They talk about Patrick Corbin against the Marlins, Matthew Boyd’s staggering K numbers compared to his career averages and whether Jake Odorizzi can sustain his big improvements this season.
They also touch on Framer Valdez briefly who’s a big favorite against the Pirates.
Then they move on to stacks and look at the higher run total in Philadelphia between the Mets and Phillies. They mostly focus on the Phillies’ side of that matchup against Jason Vargas. There are a couple of other stacks to throw out there as well.
