The Fantasy Lights Festival at Central Park is one of Palm Coast's most beloved holiday traditions. This 12th season will feature 45 animated light displays and a month of nightly entertainment to benefit Palm Coast/Flagler County non-profit organizations and for student scholarships. Bill and Libbie Butler and Mike Kuypers will tell the story of how Fantasy Lights came to be and what the festival means to our community.
